by Casimir Valla (Translator), Emil Neubert (Author)
Most Catholic parents don't know about Fr. Emil Neubert.
But St. Maximilian Kolbe said he should definitely be on your radar.
That's because he was an expert at explaining St. Louis de Montfort's secret, not only to children, but to people in every walk of life.
You'll remember St. Louis wrote...
"Predestinate soul, here is a secret the Most High has taught me, which I have not been able to find in any book, old or new. I confide it to you, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit" ("The Secret of Mary", #1).
St. Maximilian was so impressed with the way Fr. Neubert explained this secret, he reached out and struck up a friendship with him. He said to his fellow Franciscans about Fr. Neubert...
"He has the exact same spirit as we have."
He also told his Franciscan brothers...
"The devotion taught by Blessed Grignion (St. Louis de Montfort) is ours exactly."
In other words, he confirmed St. Louis and Fr. Neubert taught the exact same devotion to Mary.
In this book, Fr. Neubert masterfully explains this secret devotion to Mary to your child.
Now, as surprising as it may seem, Jesus needs your child to learn this devotion, because of the souls He wants to save through your child.
Your reading about this proves you're not like most people.
Here's why...
God says...
"The perverse are hard to be corrected, and the number of fools is infinite" (Ecclesiastes 1:15).
Which means God can't count on most people to use good judgment in their own best interest, especially when it comes to their own salvation.
Jesus confirmed this when He warned...
"How narrow is the gate and constricted is the way that leads to life. And few there are who find it!" (Mt. 7:13-14)
The fact that you're reading about a book which teaches your child the Marian devotion which God revealed proves you are NOT among that infinite number of fools.
So, you're already miles and miles ahead of most Catholic parents.
And that's why you're well-qualified to teach your child how to help Jesus and Mary save souls.
As you know, Jesus said, "The Son of man is come to save that which was lost" (Mt. 18:11).
And even though He assures you...
"For without Me you can do nothing" (Jn. 15:5)...
He has willed not to save souls without you and your child.
That's why Pope Pius XII wrote...
"Because Christ the Head holds such an eminent position, one must not think that He does not require the help of the Body. Yet this, also, must be held, marvelous though it may seem: Christ has need of His members. Moreover, as our Savior does not rule the Church directly in a visible manner, He wills to be helped by the members of His Body in carrying out the work of redemption.
"That is not because He is indigent and weak, but rather because He has so willed it for the greater glory of His spotless Spouse" (Mystici Corporis, #44).
Our Lady insisted at Fatima that the situation will only get worse if you don't help Jesus save souls...
"Pray, pray much, and sacrifice for sinners, for many souls go to hell because there is no one to sacrifice and pray for them."
The fact is, you and your child have tremendously important roles to play in the salvation of souls. In fact, as Our Lady affirmed - because she's speaking to all of us - souls will be lost without your help.
And because Our Lady says souls urgently need help, and because Jesus can't count on most people to help Him, I have to ask, can Jesus and Mary count on you to teach your child this devotion, so they can save souls through your child?
You must help them now, because, as Our Lady said at Fatima, time runs out for many souls every day.
Because St. Maximilian Kolbe encouraged everyone to read Fr. Neubert's Marian books, why don't you give this book a try?
