Author Biography
Olayemi Oyeledun grew up in Lagos, Nigeria and moved to Houston, Texas U.S.A. to further her studies. She has tremendous passion for children. This has driven her to do whatever she can to impact their lives through biblical teaching and passing on the cultural heritage to the next generation of Yoruba descendants in the Diaspora. Her previous books include Yoruba Action Words for children to learn Yoruba language, Meaning of Yoruba Names, and Sing A Melody in Your Heart, a compilation of choruses in English, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa languages. She currently practices as a professional registered nurse and also the Coordinator of the children's ministry at The Apostolic Church, Synott Assembly in Houston, Texas.
