Three children in a sleepy Florida neighborhood are thrust into a new and dangerous world when they discover a wormhole in their nearby forest. In their quest to escape their imprisonment in this world, they fight demons, zealots, and their deranged school principal, meet a Holy Guy and a Hermit, deal with various annoying animals called Buushies, and discover that a pile of cushions can be sentient.
