Author Biography
Diane is president of Employment Practices Advisors, Inc. a boutique firm specializing in litigation support and human resources consulting. She is also a professor in the M.B.A. program at St. Joseph's College in New York. Diane is admitted to the New York State Bar. She is a frequent speaker and writer (as a member of the National Speakers Association) and her articles have appeared in industry publications including HR Magazine, HR Advisor, the Journal of Private Equity, Law Technology News and periodicals published by Dow Jones, Inc. She is also the author of the award-winning weblog www.strategichrlawyer.com. She received her law degree, cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law. She is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology's Center for Labor and Industrial Relations where she received her M.S., with distinction. She received her B.A. from S.U.N.Y. Potsdam, majoring in Industrial Labor Relations.
