Sahar Azuli of Jewish decent is 48 years old lives on her farm in Virginia. Raised on a farm as a small child realized that there was much to her heritage than just a cuisine, she had decided to share the pages that follow. It was her privilege and pleasure to have been taught by her mother who she kept a close relationship with as well as her father who always encouraged her throughout her endeavours.
