by Nathan Moses Szajnberg (Author)
How to work with those traumatized in war? Read this book.
Following the events of October 7, the author explores work in Israel with traumatized children, parents, communities, and soldiers. He offers guidance for working with civilian and military patients after wartime murder, rape, kidnapping, and displacement. See the children's drawings and listen to their stories as well as those of evacuated parents and battle-worn soldiers.
This deeply compassionate and informed approach is key reading for psychoanalysts, psychotherapists, and others during and after war.
