Tian is a knitter and crocheter, full-time designer and technical editor, blogger, course creator, author, and motivator. She writes The Weekly Yarn, her weekly newsletter where she share patterns, ideas for designing, pattern writing techniques, and tips. Her patterns have been published in I Like Crochet, I l Like Knitting, Interweave, Love of Crochet, Love of Knitting, Cast-On, and Knit Picks. She tech edit for magazines, yarn companies, yarn subscription boxes, and indie designers. In addition to designing and technical editing, Tian creates e-courses to help beginning designer. She knows how frustrating it can be when you are first starting out and wanted to create the resources she wished she had when she was first starting out.
