by Carol L. Brooks (Author)
The loss of a baby. A runaway child. A life-changing diagnosis. Everyone wants inner peace, happiness, a sense of purpose, but how do we get there when life is crashing down around us? Carol Brooks found out when she faced these heartbreaks and several other crises. In her search for what she calls the "you-phoria lifestyle," she discovered that the only one in the way of her happiness was herself-and her wrong thinking. Finding the you-phoria lifestyle requires being brave enough to look inside ourselves and navigate the uncharted territory of our pasts, our mind-sets, and our fears, getting rid of old habits and negative thinking that hold us back from joyous living. Take a walk through uncharted territory, and find the you-phoria lifestyle-in which you are empowered to live the abundant life God intends everyone to live.
