Transcending Trinity - Hardcover

by J. W. Sands (Author)

Some numbers follow you.

Peter Alba Longa can find a pattern in a dropped fork. Philosophy professor, insufferably rational, famous enough to fill a lecture hall at UCLA and lonely enough to count the streetlights on the walk home. He teaches four hundred students that every miracle has a mechanism, fights a daily private battle between his philosophy and the faith of millions, and lies awake wondering why the universe bothers to rhyme. The father who abandoned him left behind three things: a locked manuscript, a destiny of faith he never asked for, and a phrase that hides a number.

Then his most brilliant student vanishes into a secret order that calls itself Trinity, and the number starts appearing everywhere. To bring her home, Peter must walk into a war between two ancient orders: one sworn to set a world-breaking truth free, the other sworn to keep humanity in the dark. She has days. He has a lifetime of doubt.

What if the pattern is real?

Question everything. Count everything.
