Dr. Wiggins has 15 years of experience working in Higher Education, currently teaching as an Adjunct Professor, and previously serving as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. In addition, she has over 10 years of experience working in state government. Dr. Wiggins is also a self-employed business owner of a consulting firm. Dr. Wiggins earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
