Author Biography
Laurie Larsen is a multi-published author of inspirational and contemporary romance. 2015 will mark her 15th anniversary as a published author. Her first book, Whispers of the Heart finaled in the 2001 Golden Quill Contest in the Best First Book category. Since then, she's written and published eleven books for women, ranging from women's fiction, contemporary romance, Young Adult romance, and now, she's focusing on inspirational romance -- love stories with a Christian theme. As a special project for next year (2015), Laurie plans to pull out Whispers and see if she can whip it into shape to re-release to modern readers. Laurie celebrated 25 years married to her husband Norm, and they have two adult sons together. They live near the cornfields of central Illinois and she spends her days working for a Fortune 50 financial services company. In her spare time, she writes wonderful stories that make you laugh, cry and savor the happy ending.
