Book 2 "Thunder Conquers His Fears" is about a red Siberian Husky who has just moved to the East Coast. Along with his pet pals Kobe and Nellie from book one, Thunder meets a new dog Boo who is a slightly anxious German Shepard. Together they help Thunder acclimate to his new home and face some fears! Written for beginning chapter book readers ages 6-12, this book introduces slightly more challenging vocabulary. Thunder still has his endearing quirk "The Wubbas" which is sure to add to this adventurous comedy. Children who are shy or anxious in new situations will truly relate to Thunder and his pet pals! A new character "Squirrel" will also help children facing bullying scenarios that are common in elementary school.
