Kurt has conducted extensive training and consulting in various management disciplines to help individuals and organizations identify and develop areas for productive change. He holds a Bachelor of Management degree (BMgmt) with a major in Human Resources, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Athabasca University.
