Author Biography
He was 8 years old when a massive heart attack took the life of his father and changed his life forever. In the following years, Chuck Bolton discovered how generosity and inspiration from one person could make all the difference in the world to another. The lessons learned about leadership and reinvention are ones he uses daily as a coach of C-suite level leaders and their top teams. Following a 20-year career as a senior executive in one of the world's largest medical device companies, for the past 15-years Chuck has coached award-winning executives and leadership teams, including a Nobel Prize winning CEO. He's spoken at Harvard Business School, coached over 1000 leaders and assessed and consulted with over 100 top teams, from early stage companies to Fortune 15 global powerhouses. Chuck is the product of the principles he reveals in The Reinvented Leader: Five Critical Steps to Becoming Your Best and Leadership Wipeout: The Story of an Executive's Crash and Rescue. Chuck received his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management where he was recently recognized with the "40 for 40" award as a distinguished alum. He serves his undergraduate alma mater, Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, on the Council of Regents, as the Chairman to the Graduate School of Business and Technology.
