Author Biography
Neil H. Williams, (D.Th., University of South Africa) works as a writer and lives outside Philadelphia with his wife Lori and their two children. He is an ordained minister in the Reformed Church in America, has previously pastored a church in New York City, and was on faculty of a Bible college in South Africa.
