Annabella thought her life was hard enough. Her dad left when she was a baby, her mom works multiple jobs to support Annabella and her brother Dale, who is now off to college, and her friends are slowly drifting away. Now that an old family member has come back to haunt them, will Annabella, her mom, and Dale ever make it back to their normal lives?

Author Biography

My name is Baileigh J. Swain, and I was born in April of 2003, in Oregon. I have been writing since I was around 8 or 9. My first "book" was a little story I wrote about Clones. Not even kidding. My mom said with a few minor improvements in some punctuation and wording, it would be a pretty cool book. My first published book (The Haunted Doll), started out as a project for a program I was in during the school year of 2014-2015, called TAG (Talented and Gifted). With the help of a few classmates, my friend from the local homeschool group and my dad, I got the book edited and finally, finished in June of 2015. I self published it in January of 2016, through Amazon's KDP program, and then later through Amazon's CreateSpace program. I don't plan to stop being an author, though some of my past editors don't have much time to help me, us currently being in middle school, and all, but hopefully you find some great reading in my books. I enjoy writing just because it's a way to express myself outside of my normal life, or a way to tell my story, or just another creative outlet that's fun to use sometimes! So enjoy! Baileigh J. Swain
