The Christmas Job - Paperback

by Dante St John (Author)

Two vampires, a human, and a retired elf walk into a blizzard...

Rowan Frost retired from the North Pole to make luxury magical items for the rich and powerful. It was going great until a magical blizzard buried half the planet and one of the most dangerous men in the world demanded White Glove service.

Now she's in a stolen sleigh, hauling a wildly unstable artifact through monster-infested terrain with a ten-day deadline and a client who doesn't accept failure.

The crew her client secured isn't helping.

Two vampires: one who communicates exclusively through grunts, and one who is completely unhinged and thinks the whole catastrophe is festive. And then there's Kane - the man she left because she was too much of a coward to be in a relationship with a man she might have to watch die one day.

He's still alive. And still a problem.

The cargo cannot explode. The client cannot be disappointed. And Rowan absolutely cannot fall in love again.

She's guaranteed to screw up at least one of those.
