Due to continued demand for clarity, and a prevailing and increasing misunderstanding of the Biblical covenants the author desired to make this study available for wider distribution. In it, the reader will discover the intricate details of the three main covenant forms used in the Bible. Solomon tells us in Ecclesiastes 10:1, "Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour." For centuries a "bug" has permeated all of Christendom skewing the understanding of righteousness by faith, giving off a nauseating stench. This persistent "bug" is a common misconception about God's everlasting covenant: Is God's promise to redeem sinners all encompassing or limited in some way? Is salvation from sin based upon a contractual agreement with God, or the promise of God to all humanity?
Our High Priest has the remedy for our confusion. In Revelation 3:18 our Lord Jesus Christ counsels His remnant church to buy of Him the untainted eyesalve (ointment) that will cure our spiritual blindness. Only by giving up our preconceived opinions can we know the truth. We must allow Christ to cure our blindness.
