Nikki Jeannine Stewart, Esq. CNHP, DHS, is an attorney, health educator, food advocate, certified yoga instructor, and mother of two. This book sprang out of her life-long passion to help educate and empower clients to meet their health goals. More often than not, their goals were simply to look better and feel better about themselves. What she discovered is that as she was able to help her clients meet those goals, their health improved dramatically! They felt sexier, younger, and healthier. After several years of trial and error, attempting to overcome her own health challenges, she found the keys to unlock true health, vitality, and youthfulness.
