As a professional Career Strategist, Kay is known for her gift of foresight and vision that allows her to coach clients to their next level of success. Kay's clients range from students, entrepreneurs, to retired professionals who seek direction in creating or reinventing themselves through an ideal career path, via one-on--one or group coaching sessions. She teaches a variety of training and development workshops to equip her clients with the necessary skills for their journey. Her ultimate goal for all clients is building, developing, and producing results. Kay is a veteran of the US Navy, where she discovered her passion of mentoring and motivating young people as they sought out a journey to success. Kay earned a Master of Science in Acquisition and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Operations Management from Excelsior College. She completed 4000 hours of extensive training in the field of Life and Career Counseling by the Department of Labor.
