Author Biography
Professor Sam Phillip Dagher, Ph.D., C.M.F.C., has authored and coauthored articles and written books on corporate acquisitions and divestments as well as on business ethics. He has served in various executive positions in business and higher education, consulting in both fields. His positions in Corporate America involved acquisitions and divestments in the domestic and international sectors. Dr. Dagher has received numerous awards recognizing his outstanding achievements. He has been recognized in the International Directory of Scholars and in Who is Who Among International Intellectuals.
