With many of the extreme edges removed, this is a book that touches on spirit, love, nature, and life in simple, and sometimes creative ways. The book as a whole should be viewed as an experience or process that hopefully allows readers to garner a stronger understanding of their spirits and of our world overall. Some of the writings also are accompanied by black and white photographs that are not meant to take away from the writing, but to add to them. After 30 years of writing, these 60 or so writings have been pulled from a pool of several hundred. Hopefully, they will encourage the readers to write, read, and live life to it's fullest.
