Author Biography
Joaquin Jay Gonzalez III, Ph.D., is Mayor George Christopher Professor of Public Administration at Golden Gate University. He is the long-time President of the Pilipino Senior Resource Center of San Francisco and former Commissioner of Immigrant Rights. Roger L. Kemp, Ph.D., ICMA-CM, has been a city manager on both the East and West coasts for more than 25 years. He is presently Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Public Administration at Golden Gate University and a Fellow of The Academy of Political Science. Willie L. Britt, DPA, is Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Public Administration at the Department of Public Administration and Doctor of Business Administration Program of Golden Gate University. He is also the vice president of the Pilipino Senior Resource Center and business manager of Makati Chiropractic Center in the U.S. and the Philippines.
