Author Biography
James Gow is Professor of International Peace and Security and Co-Director of the War Crimes Research Group, King's College London, UK. He has served as an expert advisor to the UK Secretary of State for Defence and the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
Ivan Zverzhanovski is Coordinator, SEESAC, Belgrade. He was previously a Research Associate and Lecturer in War Studies, King's College London, UK and a Research Associate at the Institute for Comparative Law, Belgrade.
