In the future, climate change forces governments into turmoil. During this chaos a motorcycle gang called the Wolf Pack moves into Santa Fe, New Mexico. Their ruthless leader uses his political savvy, organizational skills, wealth, and gang members to take over the city. A young man, Dan Withers, whose parents had the foresight to escape the city and move into the wilderness, decides to return the city to its citizens. With the help of a few Navajo Indians he declares war on the Wolf Pack. Some Santa Fe citizens view Dan and his Warriors as a terrorist while others see him as a hero.
