Author Biography
Grahak Cunningham is an ultra runner and keynote motivational speaker. He is a four time finisher of the Self Transcendence 3100 Mile Race which involves running for 18 hours a day for 51 days. Grahak won the event in 2012 averaging 115km a day for 43 days. He resides in Perth, Australia.
