After reviewing all the practices, you should feel which one resonates best with your current vibratory state. Make this one yours: read it, understand it, practice, cultivate and master it. After a time, another one will resonate with your new vibrational state and the process will repeat itself. English has a certain vibration and Spanish has another.There are some words in each language that can not be translated to mirror the same meaning, no matter how eloquent it may sound. For this reason, I decided to leave each message as it was given to me. Please be prepared to use your dictionary or Google translator, since this book has texts in both languages. There are no dogmas, rigors or obligations. Also no religious connections, restrictions or laws. Do not try too hard, have fun while practicing. Author Biography

NYLS EBERHART Has dedicated her life to cultivate and study different manifestations of energy through art, dance, bodywork, martial arts and internal alchemy practices. Is a long time practitioner of oriental healing arts, specialized in Zen Shiatsu and Ayurveda. Through her training in ancient esoteric Taoist practices, Nyls has learned to refine her sensitivity and purify her perception. She currently runs her practice in Puerto Rico.
