Richfield Public Library is a Carnegie building that celebrated its 100th birthday on January 3, 2014. It is one of the few Carnegies built in a Craftsman style and has been beautifully remodeled inside. The author was director of the library from 1994 to 2012 and has written the 100 year history of a library that has occupied the same building with no additions for 100 years.
