Author Biography

Dr. Brad Jersak is a Grant and Weil scholar, having earned his PhD in political theology through Bangor University in Wales. He recently completed a fresh translation of two of Simone Weil's books under the title, 'Awaiting God' (combining Waiting for God and Letter to a Priest with an introductory essay by Sylvie Weil on Simone Weil and the Rabbis). He studied under Canadian Red Tory expert, Ron S. Dart, and the Jung-Nietzsche scholar, Lucy Huskinson. He is currently editor of the Clarion Journal of Spirituality and Justice as well as two blogs: Red Virgin (Simone-Weil.tumbler.com) and the Owl: George Grant Journal.
