The author has over 17 years working across three significantly different by related fields, with 10 of those years in administration roles. These fields include the mental health system, foster youth and families and school counseling. Jessica has two Master Degrees, one in Organizational Leadership and the other in Education School Counseling with a PPS Credential. Additionally, her personal experiences have given her an unique insight to the challenges and barriers facing youth today.
