In this book you will find expressions of coping with aging, personal loss, and social changes, such as we have experienced and are now experiencing in the USA at the time of the writing. Some poems are expressions of raw feelings. Along with describing problems, there are also much needed expressions of hope and spirituality that support coping. Helping each other is almost always a primary key to survival, across all appointed barriers of race, religion, gender or belief. Bringing real situations and conditions to consciousness is part of how we can help each other to navigate changes, as well as sharing genuine feelings of love along with support.
