Author Biography

My name is Iris Shavit, and I am a certified coach in identification and fulfillment of passions. I chose an independent road after a long career in the advertising industry, which ran design and graphics departments in leading offices in Israel. Over the last 12 years, I have been guiding people who were setting up a business from home. The first of my independent career started in direct marketing and network marketing, where I acquired knowledge in the field of marketing, sales, training, and presentations. From there, I delved into other areas, including training of home business owners. Over the years, I acquired extensive knowledge in the world of Internet marketing (Google and Facebook) and helped business owners establish marketing systems online and offline and significantly grow their businesses and sales. However, after many years of guiding people in the process of setting up a business, I noticed that many of them found it hard to persist and not give up. They found it difficult to cope with natural obstacles that exist in the process of starting a new business, and, even after acquiring business skills of the highest level, many closed their businesses. When I was researching the phenomenon in depth, I noticed there was one very important ingredient missing: passion. People who established business or wanted to advance in their workplace and were motivated solely by financial gain, (and I'm all for making more money), did not really connect to the necessary work. They were willing to make a "little more" effort, but not enough. They were willing to invest "a little more," but not with all their heart. They were willing to learn "what was needed," but not what really would allow them to make a significant leap in their career. I realized that my job was to help them identify the spice called "passion." Once they recognize the passion in their work, everything will be much more simple and easy for them. That is the task I have undertaken: to help people recognize the passion and purpose in their lives. I believe that this is the basis from which the real success of everything in our lives comes: family, career, entertainment, health, friends, and fun. Everything done with passion is done in the best way we know. And from there, the sky's the limit!
