Bert Warren, Ph.D. Dr. Warren, retired, recieved his Master in Business Administration in 1974, an Oak Ridge Medical Qualification Degree in 1968, and a Doctorate in Microbiology at the University of Michigan in 1963. His memberships included The Royal Society of Health, Sigma Xi, The New York Academy of Science and Phi Sigma Societies. He has worked in the fields of Microbiology, Immunology, Blood Bank, Diagnostic Chemistry, Hypertension & Pharmaceuticals. He developed a test for sickle cell anemiathat proved to be 100% precise and 100% accurate as well as developing many other clinical chemical procedures. He has now turned his attention to the nature of existence and his conclusions are startling.
