Author Biography
Frank Rushton spent the majority of his career at the ETV Branch of the U.S. Army Aviation Center where, as a civilian, he was employed for twenty-five years as a Television Writer-Director. Prior to that, he had worked for a number of years as a staff director at Atlanta, Georgia, television stations. In the past, his interests have included photography of prototype railroads. He now enjoys an unusual large scale model railway, which he and a friend, John Andrews, designed, and which Mr. Andrews is building for him. On the Internet, he pursues interests in British railways and in the study of reptiles. Dr. Rushton is now a permanent resident in a nursing home. He holds an ABJ {Bachelor of Arts in Journalism} from the Henry W. Grady School of Journalism, University of Georgia; an MS degree {Foundations of Education} from Troy State University at Fort Rucker; and a PhD {Instructional Systems} from the Center for Educational Technology, Florida State University, Tallahassee.
