In 1895, Spiritualist Jennis Hagan Jackson, compiled a collection of photographs of noted Spiritualist workers of the day. The album was dedicated to her mother, Janett Hagan, and many of her friends that she thought would enjoy seeing the collection. The photographs were only accompanied by the names of the people. Heasley and Linville have refurbished the original photos and added biographies to each so that those interested in the history of Spiritualism can enjoy seeing and reading about the people who were involved with the religion at the turn of the 19th century.
