Author Biography

Carmel McCartin is an accomplished writer and speaker. Her articles have been published both online and in the print media. This is her fourth book. She decided to compile this book as a tribute to her mother, Patricia Petrie, who always felt that her cooking ability was less than acceptable. Carmel believes that her mothers' baking has given her a life-long sweet tooth and has been the cornerstone of many happy entertaining occasions. She hopes that you will also share the recipes that have been the backbone of a large family for many generations.
