Author Biography
Anthony Beardsell is a professional coach and trainer specialising in the fields of NLP, Leadership and Coaching. He works with a variety of individuals and organisations worldwide to assist them in creating success and growing towards their potential. He holds a degree in French, Spanish and Economics and is a Master Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP. Based in Sheffield, England, Anthony owns and runs Excellence Assured Ltd. Excellence Assured provide a platform for Anthony to offer his coaching and training services and its website is home to his blog. Anthony says: "As a coach and through my training courses I come across people searching for answers as to how to change their thinking and behaviour to get better results. Typically they want to create less stress for themselves, improve their levels of success and happiness. Through my knowledge of NLP and Mindfulness I am able to assist them in discovering the answers to these questions." Upon attaining his degree, Anthony spent twenty years working in the field of consultancy, and sales management in the UK financial services sector. It was through his success in working with teams and individuals in this field that Anthony built his passion for coaching and training. In addition to his coaching, Anthony has produced a series of NLP, Leadership, Mindfulness and Coaching training courses that are available online to help people to understand why they think and act as they do, create better results for themselves and work with others.
