Author Biography
Walter Dutchak has had a varied career, and eclectic education. His interests vary over a large range including music (playing classical guitar, violin, enjoying classical music), art (painting a bit), amateur astronomy, philosophy, spiritual topics, and chess. His career has included teaching in public schools, teaching adults in the work place, writing technical courses, engineering technology, computer programming and application design, and over 22 years in the telecommunications industry. Main current interests include self inquiry and understanding relationships in their variety of manifestations. He has studied authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti and Burt Harding, and keeps in touch with the many satsung sessions that are recorded by various "spiritual" teachers as found on You Tube. In the past two years Walter has written 4 books: Thoughts and Time, Watching Thought, Mastery of Self - an inquiry, and Mastery of Self - a closer look. The author has enjoyed retirement from the labor market for the past 14 years and is currently enjoying life with his spouse, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters in the quiet town of St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada.
