Author Biography

Laqulia Shinn graduated high school at Douglas County High School, in Douglasville, Georgia in May of 2004. She is currently attending Meridian Community College pursuing her Associates Degree in Psychology and hopes to graduate spring of 2014. Stacey is also the Founder of the newly implemented "Rising Star's All-Girl Youth Ministry" in her hometown of Columbus, Mississippi. Although she faced bad things in her life, she still finds it in her to keep walking through the storms. As she likes to say, "In order to tell a story, you have to be a story, AND I AM A LIVING TESTIMONY" of what God can do when you really surrender all to him.
