Author Biography

Alfred Tagoe is the founder of Voice of Revival Ministries, a non-denominational prayer ministry focused on bringing a genuine Holy Ghost Revival to the Body of Christ through prayer and the Word of God. As part of his mandate from God, he is the director of the Columbus House of Prayer (CoHOP), a Prayer, Worship, and Justice center where believers from every denomination and ethnic background come and contend for the Heart of God through day and night worship and prayer to bring regional transformation to our cities and nation (Is 56:7). He also hosts Prayer Summits which call the Body of Christ to a "solemn assembly" to cry before the Lord on behalf of our land that it will be healed (Joel 2:15). Finally, through the Nehemiah Project, he has been uniquely called and gifted apostolically to bring the message of prayer and revival to Churches and Regions to 'rebuild the walls and repair the gates' of our cities in order for the Glory of God to be revealed and released (Neh 2:5). Alfred has served in many leadership roles, especially in the area of prayer, ever since God birthed a spirit of prayer and revival in his heart in 1994. He is a graduate of World Harvest Bible College with a diploma in Pastoral Studies; and Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication; and in the process of obtaining his Masters in Business Administration. His passion is to witness the last great awakening and revival; and help the Body of Christ rediscover their original purpose of intimacy with their creator God, and His Son Jesus. His mission is to be a "forerunner" like John the Baptist to "prepare the way of the Lord" (Luke 3:4) and "make ready a people prepared for the Lord" (Luke 1:17).
