Author Biography

Ed Mlodzik is a student of Leadership. Ed began his "calling" as a high school teacher in Dayton, Ohio. He then joined the Bell System as their Training Manager where he taught sales, management, and product courses. He transferred to United Telephone Company in Kansas City to become their Training Manager. United eventually acquired a long distance telecommunications company that evolved into Sprint. There he focused on the Management and Leadership Development curriculum mastering the principles, techniques, and tools that strengthen the leadership skills. He helped create an internal Executive Coaching program and lead a group of nine coaches who worked with executives and managers to increase their effectiveness. Ed Mlodzik and Eddie Crouch became fast friends several years ago. Coined as the Exceptional Entrepreneur, Ed recognized the power of Eddie's story and wrote this book as a guide to help others develop the skills and behaviors to achieve success.
