by Garrett K. Scanlon (Author)
The Just Say No Plan helps parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles inspire teens to confront and say no to binge drinking, drug use, and smoking by setting goals that lead to a big future! Just Say No for Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, and Uncles explains how to help teens transition from a young teenager to a responsible young adult, why it is important to keep things simple, a big reason why some teens try drugs in the first place, the Promise Agreement you and your teen will sign, and examples of incentives you can offer. The second part of this book is an exact replica of the book, Just Say No-Because Every Story Needs a Hero, that your son or daughter should read. Included is a Just Say No Promise Agreement for the teen and his or her parent, grandparent, aunt, or uncle, that can be personalized to your particular circumstance. The war on drugs, alcohol, and tobacco does not end with your kids. It begins with them. It begins with you.
