Author Biography

Throughout the 1980's, Francis and his family traveled, speaking and conducting training seminars in churches and Christian conferences in 10 nations. In 1997, he and his wife Suzie started The Rock of Roseville near Sacramento, California. Thousands have visited The Rock and been touched by the Spirit of God and countless lives have been changed.
