This is a book which chronicles the journey of the loss of a child from the point of view of a father. I went through a terrible time after the loss of my first born child and was searching for answers. I found that there were not a lot of resources available for dads. I wanted to create something that would tell people it was okay to feel how they are feeling. Men are expected to be strong in society and this can make it difficult to get the help we need.

Author Biography

Kris Patterson lives in Port Alberni on the west coast of beautiful British Columbia, Canada. He has published 5 books. I am currently employed in media advertising, the insights which lead to the creation of the book Sales Success. My two volumes of history of the Alberni Valley have been very successful leading to multiple printings. I have been a crisis line intervention operator, a teacher, a bingo hall worker, a salesman as well as a writer. I try to bring everything I have learned into what I do. I am committed to relentless self improvement and am a voracious reader. I am proud to know that the books I have published have helped people and that they continue to be read and enjoyed.
