Sandra Nissenberg, M.S., R.D., is a registered dietitian and the author of several books on healthy eating for children, including How Should I Feed My Child?, Quick Meals for Healthy Kids and Busy Parents, and Brown Bag Success. Heather Nissenberg is a 9-year-old girl who loves to cook and eat fun foods. She enjoys writing and assisting her mother with preparing and tasting meals.
