by Peggy Forney (Author)
In 2004, Peggy Forney was extremely obese but then she defied current diet doctrine to lose 90 pounds and regain her health and freedom. And she did it without dieting. She did it by changing her thinking. You too, can lose up to 90 pounds and more without dieting and help win your health and freedom! How? By changing your thinking about: *Dieting *Calories *Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats *Exercise *What your family and friends may say *Where you live Peggy Forney lays out a roadmap that can turn the tide of obesity in America and, at the same time, enable big business to make big money. But, it requires fundamentally changing our thinking. We must abandon 35 years of scientifically unsound US Government nutritional policy and embrace new scientific research that says we have picked the wrong culprit. Yes, we can regain our health and freedom, but we must raise ourselves above the ideas of the time. Peggy shows us what can be rather than what is.
Author Biography
Peggy June Forney spent 23 years working as a marketing professional at Mountain Bell, AT&T, U S WEST, and Qwest. She has a bachelor's degree in Merchandising/ Marketing and a Masters Degree in Technology Management. Her passion is enabling fundamental change. Peggy mainstreamed voice messaging in the 1980s and she helped drive the rapid market acceptance of DSL in the 1990s. Here is her secret. "You do not sell fundamental change on the merits of the fundamental change." You don't sell voice messaging on its merits. Instead, you tell Union Stewards how they can become heroes by getting promotions for their phone answering clerks. You don't sell DSL to grandmas by telling them about download speeds. You show them how they can see their grandchild's new missing front tooth. You don't tell overweight and obese Americans to eat less and exercise more. You show them how they can have their cake and eat it too. You tell America how to play its game and win the gold.
