The inspiration for these poems came from a number of sources, including monsters, fairy tales, the supernatural, legends, the medical world, and nursery rhymes.
Author Biography
Patricia La Barbera, MFA, is an author and an editor, who specializes in genre categories. She also teaches writing classes and judges contests. She's written three books in a series called The Tala Chronicles. Various journals and anthologies have featured her work. Patricia is a member of Mystery Writers of America and an active member of the Horror Writers Association. She organized the Sarasota Editors Association and SRQ Spec and Mystery Writers.
