Suzanne Catty is a Holistic Practitioner with 20 years in clinical practice. A Tea Sommelier, herbalist, author, distiller, chef and generally curious human, Suzanne wrote HOT TEA "as inspiration to the fun and health benefits of cooking with tea." Her groundbreaking work with aromatic plant waters, Hydrosols, created a new form of plant medicine and turned an unused by-product into a global commodity. Her unique expertise and evocative style has lead to an international reputation writing, lecturing and teaching around the world. She lives in Toronto, Canada.
