Author Biography
Charles R. Venator Santiago (Ph.D. in Political Science, UMass) is an Associate Professor with a joint appointment in the Department of Political Science and El Instituto, University of Connecticut-Storrs. He coordinates the Puerto Rico Citizenship Archives Project. He is a former President of the Puerto Rican Studies Association.
