Author Biography
Chris R. Rea is a certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer. He is a two-time NCAA All-American wrestler, a NY Golden Gloves boxer and a mma fighter, and has been a place winner and champion in several bodybuilding championships. Chris has traveled to nearly 100 countries and speaks 6 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and Mandarin Chinese. Among his many accomplishments he is an Eagle Scout and also plays classical piano and saxophone.
